By adding 0.05% to 0.1% of AG Herb MIX to 5% collagen (swine-derived) solution, a masking effect against collagen smell can be expected.
Adding more than 0.5% of AG Herb MIX results in the enhancement of both herbal flavor and coloring. There is a similar masking effect for fish-derived collagen. An inhibitory effect on the smell of deteriorating preservative solution can also be expected.
