    Examination of the thermal stability of AG Herb MIX showed that the inhibitory activity on the formation of 3DG and pentosidine was maintained at all temperatures (25°C, 40°C, and 50°C) for a long period.
  2. Absorption spectra and pH stability of the aqueous solutions
    While AG Herb MIX is stable under weakly acidic to weakly basic conditions, the solutions were found to change color under acidic (reddened) and basic (browned) conditions.
